TERMS & CONDITIONS –  (“PROMOTION”)

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. The Terms contain important information and govern this Promotion. Instructions for a valid purchase form part of these Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate in this Promotion.

1. PROMOTER

2.1 The Promotion will run from the moment BIRTHDAY10 is sent to the individual (the "Opening Date") until such date as decided by Castore (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Promotion Period”)

2.2 To receive the 10% discount, the individual must have provided their date of birth to the Bath Rugby Online Store’s mailing list as it appears on the Bath Rugby Online Store's homepage (https://bathrugbyshop.com).

2.1 The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 16 years or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

     3. FREE GIFT & HOW TO CLAIM

3.1 Eligible customers who sign up will receive 10% discount (“Gift”).

3.2 One free Gift per year (birthday).

3.3 Gifts are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. The Promoter provides no guarantee that all or any of the Gifts will remain available throughout the Promotion Period.

3.4 No cash alternative will be given for the Gift.

3.5 The Gift is not negotiable or transferable. The Gift cannot be exchanged for another gift.

3.6 Entitlement to the Gift is personal to the eligible customer and cannot be transferred.

    4. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

4.1 Customers receiving the Gift agree not to sell, offer to sell or use the Gift for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing a Gift on an internet auction site).

4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Gift. The alternative gift will be of at least an equivalent or greater value.

4.3 Gifts that are not redeemed for whatever reason remain the property of the Promoter. In case of a rejection of a Gift, the Gift also falls to the Promoter.

4.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take the Gift.

4.5 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of using the Gift except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.7 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.

4.8 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at any time and where it becomes necessary to do so.

4.9 These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
